  • Missing items or partial loss when the package arrives with contents unaccounted for.

Coverage applies from the moment we pick up your package until it is successfully delivered to the confirmed address.

Insurance Fees

Insurance is optional and available at an additional fee. The cost depends on several factors including:

  • The declared value of your shipment
  • The type of product being shipped
  • The level of risk associated with the item (such as fragility, perishability, or special handling requirements)
  • The shipping route and service selected

During checkout or when requesting a quote, our system will calculate the exact insurance premium based on your specific shipment details. You can choose to add insurance or decline it if you prefer to self-insure.

Important Terms & Conditions
  • You must declare the accurate value of your goods at the time of shipping. Over- or under-declaring may affect your claim.
  • High-value items, pets, electronics, fragile goods, and specialty cargo may require additional documentation or higher premiums.
  • Insurance does not cover indirect losses, delays, or damages resulting from improper packaging by the sender.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost shipments) along with supporting evidence such as photos, receipts, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • All claims are subject to review and approval based on our investigation.
